Willowridge has been working with Baxter Design Group to develop a masterplan that will deliver a high quality, well-connected and dynamic environment for everyone who lives in, works in, or visits Three Parks.

The masterplan will be delivered in stages and the whole development is likely to take at least 15 years to complete.

This precinct will be characterised by landscaped areas, open space and walkways. There is the opportunity to develop visitor attractions, visitor accommodation and community buildings in this precinct. More info >

This precinct is purposely designed to accommodate some large-scale retailers while still creating a lively and vibrant commercial area for residents of and visitors to Three Parks. More info >
